If you're not fully satisfied, we offer returns and refunds as per the following guidelines:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using trackable shipping services as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at pooja090390shah@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items: Custom products, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (like food or plants), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not returnable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, no questions asked. The return conditions are the same: the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Refund Timing: If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
